Our GP Principal, Dr Shaz, and his team are committed to providing a warm, empathetic environment where you feel heard and supported every time you visit.
From managing everyday health concerns to offering specialised women's health and mental wellness services, we are a General Practice committed to your health.
We generally operate by appointment only; however, we will endeavour to accommodate walk‑in patients where possible. Availability may vary depending on clinician schedules and the urgency of your presentation, so we recommend calling ahead whenever you can.
About us
Redfern Doctors is a small, community focused GP Practice on Redfern Street.
The principal GP is Dr Shaz, a UK-trained doctor, practising in Sydney since 2016. He provides holistic, patient-centred care with a focus on skin conditions, mental health, and women’s health, including antenatal care.
Services include Implanon insertion/removal, cervical screening, skin cancer checks, minor procedures, joint injections, and IV iron infusions. Dr Shaz can also offer chronic disease management and mental health care plans. Inclusive care for LGBTQI patients is provided.
All the other usual services are available including vaccines.
